Camp Arroyo: The Collaboration
East Bay Regional Park District
In 1998, East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) and The Taylor Family Foundation teamed up to create Camp Arroyo, a Summer Youth Camp and Environmental Education Center, on 138 acres of parkland in Livermore, California. Construction began in 1999, and by spring 2001, the dining hall, swim complex, six duplex cabins, and site infrastructure were completed.
